Phase 1 – Waking at Iosefka’s Clinic
1. After the contract, wake in the Clinic.
2. Grab the starting items and descend into the streets.
3. Once you reach the lantern, unlock fast travel to the Hunter's Dream.
Tip
- Get used to **regain**: when you take damage, hitting back quickly lets you steal HP from enemies.

Phase 2 – The Hunt Mob and First Shortcut
1. From the Central Yharnam lamp, clear the mobs toward the burning beast pyre.
2. Use side alleys to:
- Pick off small groups
- Avoid being surrounded
3. Open the gate shortcut back to the lamp from the carriage plaza.
Secret: A side path with caged dogs leads to early Blood Stone Shards and consumables.

Phase 3 – Sewers and Optional Pig Route
1. Drop into the aqueduct/sewer to find:
- Rats
- Carrion crows
- Corpse piles with shards
2. Use ladders to build a mental 3D map back to the lamp.
Optionally, push deeper to meet the first giant boar, learning how important spacing is.

Phase 4 – Boss Prep: Cleric Beast & Gascoigne
Before challenging bosses, you should have:
- Weapon at **+2 or +3**
- A stack of **Molotovs** and **Oil Urns**
- Familiarity with **gun parries** and visceral attacks
Cleric Beast
- Stay near its legs; punish whiffs.
- Use Molotovs when it stumbles or screams.
Gascoigne
- Learn his attack rhythm and **parry** into visceral.
- Use the **music box** at key HP thresholds to stagger him.
Clearing Central Yharnam this way teaches the aggressive rhythm Bloodborne expects.
